FREE DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK

Orders are shipped via our own transport. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your delivery, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you to rearrange delivery.

All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered within 48 hours. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2 PM the prior working day. NOTE: Orders must be received by 2pm Monday – Thursday to ensure 24 hour delivery. Orders received after 2 PM Thursday will be delivered on Monday if next day delivery or as agreed with you.

Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland and The Highlands of Scotland are not available within 24 hours. Please contact us if you require delivery in these areas and we will sort out a suitable delivery time and date for you.

Returns

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged please return the items within 30 days and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.

If you wish to cancel your order or return items that are faulty or damaged then please notify Office Furniture Designs by email (admin@officefurnituredesigns.co.uk) within 30 days.

A full refund will be given provided;

The Product is returned in its original packaging.

The seal is not broken.

The product has not been used or damaged.

You have notified us you are returning the product.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Office Furniture Designs will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for the return of a product are non-refundable.  You are responsible for paying costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of, or damage to the product during shipping both to and from The Perk Store.  We strongly recommend you ship products back with Royal Mail’s tracked service or similar.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
